とある学園で健康診断が行われていた。
その学園の生徒、夢野七海と桜井穂乃香は増えていた体重のショックで落ち込んでいた。
後日、夢野七海だけに再検査の指導がされる。
不安な気持ちをかかえる七海は穂乃香に付き添われながら榊総合病院を訪れるのであった。
この病院で起きる謎の出来事に巻き込まれながら、
はたして七海と穂乃香は無事にエンディングにたどり着くことができるのだろうか…。
