Set in a modern world filled with complex relationships and societal norms, the game follows the story of a guy who makes the decision to embrace his true identity by transitioning to the opposite gender.

Apart from his family, nobody knows about his decision, leading him into a new life filled with social challenges and complications.

The gameplay is shaped by both emotions and stats such as energy, mood, horniness, corruption,hygiene and strength.

You'll have the freedom to explore the city and its locations, find a job, purchase new clothes, and meet both friendly and unfriendly characters along the way.

Character customization offers a wide range of options, including various hairstyles, makeup choices, cosmetic surgery, clothing selections, and more.
