The story follows the engineer Septimus Nosgaard as he escorts the lovely and barefoot priestess Amelia through the desolate Barrington desert. The barbaric Outlander Beastmasters have been unleashing the grisly creatures they control on unwitting travellers, and the pair will have to stop them. Early in the story, Amelia makes a confession that will transform the pair’s journey from a routine patrol to a sexcapade for the ages: she tends to have embarrassing accidents whenever she’s faced with the wilderness’s many dangers.
