Tay Topo (2018 Prototype)
Tay Topo is a guessing arcade horror game, where your objective is...fairly simple: go as further as you can without dying by trying to guess which one of the possible doors won't lead you to your unfortunate demise!
You - are Tay Topo, a man literally named after a potato, whose backstory is not entirely well known, but all we know is that... he is you, because you play as him, and you try to avoid dying. Is there no end to this nonsense?
(spoiler alert: probably not)
So basically, this is essentially a very crappy prototype of one of my currently-unfinished games that I am trying to get back to as of me writing this (on July, 2021!)
As the main summary suggests - it's one of those rare guessing horror games.
You may kind of classify it as "inspired by ZeoWorks' "Which Stall?" mobile/PC game", because... yeah. "Which Stall?" basically was one of the main inspirations for this prototype to be made back in 2018, as I essentially saw the potential in turning it into an endless arcade mini-rogue-lite game that endlessly gives you doors. Just without the clowns. Only some strange figures and a few sector types coded in.
If you are reading this, the new version is now in pre-production! Stay tuned!
