The year is 2050, and the city is a sprawling metropolis of neon lights and towering skyscrapers. Amidst the chaos and corruption of this cyberpunk dystopia, one figure stands out - a lone mercenary.

In the dark and gritty streets of Static, a new kind of hero emerges. His name is TK, a cyberpunk with a television set for a head. He is a loner, a rogue, but also a defender of the people.

His is a unique being, unlike any other. His head is an ancient CRT television, long-abandoned technology in this world of advanced cybernetics. Yet despite its obsolete appearance, TK head houses an incredibly powerful AI that he uses to gather information and carry out his missions.
