SPARTAN XXX [Movement Test]

A movement test for a beat 'em up game I cooked up in a week, inspired by old games like Kung Fu/Spartan X, Wonder Momo, Ninja Warriors, etc. 6 enemy types spawn constantly and randomly so you can test out some of the core features. No idea if/when I'll finish this...

CONTROLS:

Up or "I" - Up (only for command inputs)
Left or "J" - Left
Down or "K" - Down/Duck
Right or "L" - Right
"Z" - Jump
"X" - Attack

USER CONTROLS:

Esc - Reset the program
"1" - Mountain level
"2" - Forest level

SPECIAL MOVES:

Down, Right/Left, Attack - Fireball (uses 2 chi)
Down, Up, Attack - Phoenix Rising (uses 4 chi)
Down, Down, Down, Attack - Flying Buddha (uses 5 chi)

NOTES:

- The Flying Buddha attack will instantly kill anything directly under the statue

- The Demon Head enemy does extra damage on the bottom while falling

- The Taotie enemy does extra damage after it builds up speed during its ram
