Prologue: A Bystander's Worth

A corrupt system. Disgruntled citizens.

And now the president has been assassinated.

Four self proclaimed candidates offer to step up to the position, each with their own version of the perfect city. 

But to obtain this position they need one thing that gives them an overwhelming leg up over the others.

One policewoman sworn to protect the vulnerable contains the key. But she does not trust in any of their visions based on their previous criminal attempts to seize power.

But an unexpected incident occurs, forcing her to form a temporary alliance with either one of them.

Will you be able to lead the city to a better future? Or will you be swayed by their devious charms, and plunge the city further into darkness?

This is a prologue that takes place well before the assassination. This is mostly an introduction to the four antagonists.

You play as a normal citizen just going about your usual day. But unfortunately you get caught up in one of the villains' nefarious schemes. Will you be able to get through the day?

Meet the villains:The Mad Scientist

Quiet and slight of build, he appears to be as gentle as one can get. But his expulsion from the government research institute belies a scientist determined to push the boundaries of the possible, no matter the cost. To him, the world is his test subject, no matter the experiment.

The Anarchist

A friendly and outgoing worker, he's just focused on getting through the day and winding down when he can. But secretly, he's working on emancipating the people from an abusive police and uncaring government. To him, there is no greater freedom than individual freedom, and he'll work endlessly to achieve this, even if it means removing all laws.

The Capitalist

Charismatic and professional, he's the picture of a successful businessman. He believes that everything in this world has a price, and if you just work hard enough, you can get whatever you want. He sounds like the typical CEO, but he seems to have his own ideas and how the governance should be. After all, running a country is just like running a business.

The Military Authoritarian

Tall and domineering, he's a man of utmost discipline. To him, nothing speaks of a bad character more than a lack of self control. If anything bad happens, it's because the rules weren't strict enough. And sometimes, it takes a perfectionistic mindset to make a perfect country.
