This is a "serious game" for anyone interested in developing a policy, program, product, or process. 

While navigating a story, players are guided by stakeholders as they walk through best practices and standard elements of project proposals. 

The Program Prototyper is more than a game. As they progress, players respond to questions and prompts to parse out details that explore professional development, intervention parameters, community capacity,  staffing plans, budgeting and funding, and more.
