主人公・悠人は地元を出てから数年後、幼馴染である真澄と再会してからつきあい始め、後に婚約。
現在は新居となる家で同棲を始めて幸せな生活を送っていた。

ある日、現在は地方に住んでいるために、最近やや疎遠だった弟の隼斗から、上京してきたという連絡があった。
