Parsinomady

What if the knowledge of the world fails? What if having the answers doesn't matter? 

Parsinomady is a game about going to work in the morning. It's technically a tie-in with "Icebound Machines" from 2021/2022, but the connections are very light. The game was made for , in about a week, while incidentally also matching the themes of . It makes extensive use of open assets. See the "Credits" section in game for details.

I couldn't test the Mac build in time for Scream Jam. The Linux, Windows, Android and Web builds should work. The "View Data" button doesn't work in-browser and the mobile versions have text spillover on the splash screen but I'm not doing another export.

Controls

The game is entirely controlled by left-clicking. (Or touching, on a touchscreen.) 

To move your character, left-click on empty space.To interact with an object, left-click on it, then select the action from the pop-up menu. Depending on the actions you take in this game, you may or may not encounter the following: Gore, harm to eyes and teeth, self-injury, disease, social decay, state oppression, awkward meetings, trouble breathing, being mistreated by authority figures, and nightmares.

This blends into body horror at times, depending on your choices.

There are no jumpscares. Objects may appear and sounds may play unexpectedly, but there's not going to be a zombie going arglarglarg.

The whole thing is more about anxiety than outright horror, but there's some grisly stuff in it as well.
