In addition to the main plot, there is a sandbox for free exploration of the world and communication with characters, as well as a DnD mode

an internet connection is recommended for the game, as it is necessary for the chatbots to function. u can also run a local model through koboldcpp (it does not require a connection, but the functionality is still in beta and not fully optimized).
