McMurdo

McMurdo is a linear furry visual novel featuring themes of romance, drama, and NovemBEAR. Step into the webbed feet of kitchen hand Oliver Pirc as he and his McMurdo Station teammates take on the undefeated Scott Base Kiwis in the most heated sledge race of the century.

Marshal claps his paw into Linus's and pulls him into a bear bro hug.

I fall to my knees and spit in the snow. I grab a handful and smush it against my face. Into my feathers. Into my beak. Into my eyes. 

Cold, wet snow. Hot, sweaty skin.

"Good race, you guys. You deserve it."

"Thanks. You really gave us a run for our money. Goddamn."

"Give them Kiwis hell for us, mmkay?"

"You bet."

I open my eyes. I'm panting hard. Natasha holds a paw out to me.

"You all right?"

I take it, and she lift me up. A slick of melted snow chills my neck.

"I'm fine. Just pushing myself, you know?"

She smiles. 

Marshal turns our way. A big smile and bigger outstretched arms.

He catches me. Lifts me. Squeezes me. 

Snow flies from my feathers, and I'm not so cold anymore.
