そこに所属していた先鋭的な技術者や官僚たちは極秘に「エニグマ」という研究機関を組織していた。
彼らはこの世界が魔法によって壊れていっていると考え、
魔法の力すべてを選ばれし自分たちが管理し、世界を統制し支配するという野望を露わにした。

野望達成のための彼らの最初の目的は、地上に魔法をもたらした“元凶”、「魔法戦士」の力を暴き、盗み、自ら揮うことだった。

そんな彼らは、ある一人の魔法戦士に着目していた。
その名は「彩姫くるみ」こと「レムティアシータ」。
魔法戦士中最強とも謳われる魔力を有する彼女は、
普段は魔法療法士として医療活動に従事しながら、災害が起こると魔法戦士に変身して対処に当たっていた。
エニグマは彼女の魔力を解析し、戦闘時や、性的な快感を与えられているときにその魔力が大幅に増幅することを突き止める。
彼女の魔力を最大化して奪おうと、レムティアシータに襲い掛かるのは、エニグマに操られた“行動班”と呼ばれる実行部隊。
彼らは急激な魔法の広がりによってにわかに魔力を得た市民であり、その力を欲望のために使うことしか知らない暴徒だった。

これまで数々の辱めを受けて敏感になっている肢体を責められ、レムティアシータは窮地に陥る。
そこへ謎の少女が現れ、レムティアシータを救う。
それはロアの女神近衛団から派遣された新たな魔法戦士、「レムティアイオタ」だった。
ゼーロウの残党が地上で進めているという計画の調査と、それを阻止する使命を帯びてやってきたというレムティアイオタ。
だが彼女はシータや他の魔法戦士と協力することなく一人で行動し始める。

レムティアシータたちはエニグマの野望を阻止し、地上を再び平穏な世界へと戻すことができるのだろうか――
