Frank is a police investigator working on a case of missing girls. To curb the rise in kidnappings, Frank and his partner, Annie, approach the case from different angles. Frank, aiming to warn young college students, visits their campus to give a presentation on recognizing warning signs in social situations and on how to respond if they sense danger. Meanwhile, Annie, skilled in undercover work, infiltrates potential abduction sites to track down the kidnappers.
