In this mini-game, a mage by the name of Louise has cast a spell to inflate her breasts, but it's also caused her belly to inflate! Adding magical energy into her belly increases the spell's potency, with potentially explosive results (if you select that option at the start; she'll be fine if you do). Note: there is no further breast expansion in the mini-game.

Controls:

Important: Click the button next to the mute button on the warning screen to toggle popping; if the button says "no pop" then you don't need to worry about it happening.
R to restart; Click the back arrow in the main room to reset the game (and change options)
Magical energy flies around occasionally. If it hits the mouse (no clicking required), it will be captured. The glowing at the cursor indicates the current charge strength.
Click on Louise's belly to transfer the collected charge into it, causing waves of expansion.
Creaking sounds will indicate when Louise's belly is close to her limit; when maximal size is reached, magical energy will stop appearing. If popping is enabled, the belly will instead explode in a cartoony fashion, leaving Louise KO'ed.
