Ichorous is a horror-inspired BL dating sim which disregards romance in favor of lust toward one insectoid monster with a flavor of perpetual sarcasm.

The game follows Reito, a university student. Reito is unlikable to other people both on purpose and out of spite. Yet there is one person who keeps following Reito despite his annoying personality — Lucas.
