After dying from an incurable disease, you awoken in another world. You gain the skill called foreigner in which your remember your past and become slightly stronger than an average person in that world. 

CONTROLS

W  -  Up

S     -  Down

A    -  Left

D    -  Right

E - Interact

I - Inventory

Tab - Quick Weapon Switch

Left Click - Attack when equipped with weapon

Right Click - Free look / Aim

Hold Right Click  then Left Click - Throw equipped weapon
