For the Birds

The Jam version of this game and all of its assets were made collaboratively in Game Maker Studio in a period of about three hours (12:51 PM to 3:50 PM) for TRIJAM 93. The theme was "unachievable".

For years, birds have ruled over the skies, taunting humans and pooping on their statues. But today, you have done what was thought to have been impossible: achieved flight! Use your trusty boomstick to stay airborne and show those feathery fiends what for!

Now with a fancy-schmancy Post-Jam Version, which includes revamped graphics, better audio with better balancing, bug fixes, and a few extra features that didn't make it into the jam!

Fun fact: We completed this game one minute under the limit (3:00), and the game has exactly 299 lines of code (1 under 300). Just thought that was a fun coincidence.
