It begins with the fact that the hero "Nogami Masato" who worked at the hospital was witnessed where he had sexual intercourse with "Suzumoto Eri" and both of her were fired.

After being fired from the hospital and having trouble with female material, he turns his attention to the school, which is the stage of this film.
The main character, who succeeded in entering the school with Eri, aims at the popular beauty insurance doctor at the school, but she has a hidden secret.

病院に勤務していた主人公「野上雅人」が「鈴本恵理」と性交をしていた所を目撃され、彼女ともどもクビになった事から始まる。
主人公は肉体関係を持った女性とのハメ撮り動画を取集する趣味があり、時にはそれらを配信して小金を儲けていた。
病院をクビになり、女性のネタに困っていたところ、本作の舞台である学園に目を付ける。
恵理と共に学園に入り込むことに成功した主人公は、学園で人気の美人保険医に狙いを定めるのだが、彼女には隠された秘密があるのであった。
