彼らは己の自己顕示欲、承認欲求を満たすため、競い合うように危険な動画配信を行い、日本全国では炎上事件が相次いでいた。
教育者たちが頭を抱える一方で、学生たちによる危険動画の投稿は後を絶たず、日本の若者たちのモラルは崩壊の危機に瀕していた。

ここは稲原市にある、私立遠上（とおがみ）学園。
生徒たちによる炎上事件が幾度も発生しており、ネットでは炎上配信強豪校と揶揄される、
常識という言葉を忘れた若者たちが集まる最底辺の学園である。

今日も世間を騒がせるこの学園に、一人の男性教師が赴任してきた。
彼の名は「大和　正義（やまとまさよし）」。
「火消し」と呼ばれる、炎上事件の鎮静化を専門に請け負うエージェントである。

彼は依頼主である教頭に、炎上事件の犯人を探し出して「指導」する事を約束する。
果たして彼は、この遠上学園の炎上を鎮火する事ができるだろうか？
