The game starts with you waking up underground in what looks like a normal hospital, but in fact it's a research facility that was created by the government support to develop a secret weapon, medicines and vaccines.

Weapons : (1) Crowbar, (2) Flashlight, (3) Pistol, (4) Shotgun, (5) Gasmask

There were outbreak happened at the facility and things have gone out of control after people were injected with the medicine known by VSDA which modifies the brain cells it could kill or change people to an unknown state.
